Turmeric Paste is made in a BRC Accredited facility, ensuring full traceability and the highest possible quality standards. Each pouch can be stored in a cool dark cupboard for 12 months sealed, and once opened needs to be consumed within 6 weeks. It does not need to be kept in a fridge, just out of direct sunlight. INGREDIENTS: water, turmeric, cold pressed coconut oil, apple cider vinegar (with the mother), ceylon cinnamon, black pepper, citric acid, potassium sorbate. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, GMO Free, Vegan. STARTING AMOUNTS: under 40kg 1/8 teaspoon, 40-100kg 1/4 teaspoon, 100kg-200kg 1/3 teaspoon, over 200kg 1/2 teaspoon. DIRECTIONS: Take the starting amount as above, twice daily with food for one week. After this period you can continue to increase by the starting amount each week until you see the desired results or experience loose stools. If you experience loose stools reduce the amount by one stage.
